Every product at Saratoga Chocolate Co. is hand-crafted, wrapped and packed by us. We strive to ensure that your order is prepared and packed with care.

Domestic Shipping Policy
We currently ship to all 50 States of the U.S. only.

Shipment Processing Time
All online orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Most orders arrive on time. However, due to COVID-19 and during high shipping volumes, some orders may arrive later than our estimates. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping and Handling Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates for your order will be displayed at checkout.
We currently ship with USPS 2-Day Priority Mail. We currently only offer Flat Rate shipping fees that reflect the current USPS fees, plus additional charges for preparing, packing and handling your order.

Seasonal / Weather Related

During warm weather times of the year, our rates will change to reflect the added material in your shipment to prevent melting.

Occasionally, due to seasonal weather and during high volume holiday shipping times, delivery delays can occur. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
