Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
4 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1½ cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup smooth dark chocolate (Velvet), cut into small pieces
Instructions
1) Preheat your oven to 325°F. Lightly grease a any shape loaf pan and set aside.
2) In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth
3) Add the sugar, egg, and butter to the bananas and mix well.
4) In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, salt, baking soda, and chocolate pieces.
5) Gently mix the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until the flour is just moistened.
6) Pour the mix into the prepared loaf pan.
7) Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8) Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy.
