The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Handling Policies.
Every product at Saratoga Chocolate Co. is hand-crafted, wrapped and packed by us. We strive to ensure that your order is prepared and packed with care.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship to all 50 States of the U.S. only.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All online orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Orders placed after 12pm, may not be processed until the following day. Orders after 12pm on Fridays, may not be processed until the following Monday.
Most orders arrive on time. However, during times of high order volumes, some orders may be processed and shipped later than our estimates. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping rates for your order will be displayed at checkout. We currently ship with USPS 2-Day Priority Mail. We offer Flat Rate shipping fees that reflect the current USPS zones. Additional charges for preparing, packing and handling your order are included in our flat rate.
SEASONAL / WEATHER RELATED
During warm weather times of the year, orders will typically not ship after Wednesday. This to prevent orders from sitting in a facility on Sunday, allowing for the most direct transit time and to ensure the ice pack we include will have the most effect. Our rates during warm weather times of the year may change to reflect the added material in your shipment aimed to prevent melting. Occasionally, due to seasonal weather and during high volume holiday shipping times, delays can occur. During these times please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay due to an extreme weather related circumstance, we may contact you via email or telephone to notify you
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
