Start with our Fleur de Lait bar. We didn't think our milk chocolate could be improved, but then we sprinkled a generous pinch of Fleur de Sel (the best of the best sea salt) into this bar for a delicious twist. Milky and sweet, salty and sharp, it's a delight.
Next add an earthy balance with our Tea & Milk Bar. Known as "brown rice tea," Genmai Cha consists of sweet sencha green tea and toasted brown rice. Combining the umami notes of green tea and gentle crunch of toasted rice with the creamy, sweetness of milk chocolate, this bar is a nutty, rich and decadent treat. Our Tea & Milk bar is one of several collaborations with Saratoga Tea & Honey.
Take a step darker with our Violet Bar that marries a subtle floral hint with a rich 60% organic, direct trade, single origin Ecuadorian dark chocolate. Each bar is sprinkled with whole sugared violet petals on the back - let the layers of flavor bloom on your tongue.
