Irish Cream Truffle: creamy milk chocolate shell filled with a dark chocolate Irish Cream ganache and finished with a milky white chocolate drizzle.
Irish Coffee Truffle: decadently dark chocolate shell filled with a dark chocolate whiskey and coffee ganache and finished with a sugar coffee sprinkle.
Ingredients: Irish Cream truffle: Milk Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, milk solids, vanilla, soy lecithin), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, soy lecithin), white chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, milk solids, vanilla, soy lecithin), Bailey's Irish Cream, butter, glucose.
