We brewed this trio to demonstrate how the earthy notes of green tea can bring out the best in every type of chocolate. In the Matcha Bar, Wakatake Matcha offsets creamy white chocolate. With the Tea and Milk Bar and Genmai Cha Bar, Japanese-style sencha green tea with toasted brown rice complements the sweetness of milk chocolate and richness of dark chocolate.
