I have been an ongoing customer for Saratoga's 70% dark chocolate bar that I believe is the best tasting dark chocolate that I have had. I also live in another state and must have my orders mailed. My last delivery was a problem but cannot tell if it was a Saratoga or post office issue (guessing post office), In the past, deliveries came in less than a week. This time it took more than three weeks and we had left on a short vacation by the time it arrived. The ice pack was long melted but luckily the bars were still intact and were still good. The delivery tracking seemed all messed up. First, it was more than a week before it made it into the system and then multiple delivery dates were missed and the tracking seemed to show the package going back in forth to the same locations being depicted (e.g., showed up in Indianapolis twice). It had at least four stops on its path and I live in Chicago that should be easy to deliver to. I am guessing that this was a post office snafu and issues with its tracking scanning system but Saratoga may want to reconsider its delivery options.

I think the 70 is the perfect dark chocolate. Best balance of smoothness.
